Vanity Box respects your online privacy and has taken a series of steps to ensure your online privacy is not breached. As a member, we collect your name, email address and address. We do not divulge this information to any other parties with the exception of shipping handlers. If you have signed on our mailing list, we will only use this email to notify you of updates and content relating to Vanity Box. You may opt to unsubscribe by following the steps detailed in every newsletter sent.

Information relating to orders including name, billing/delivery address, email address and phone numbers are collected only for the purposes of sending you your orders or contacting you in necessary circumstances. These details are kept in our database for record keeping only.

We make use of Paypal as our credit card payment gateway and as such all transactions involving sensitive information, ie:- your credit card, are not revealed to us in any way and are safely encrypted. The checkout process is done via SSL as well – as such sensitive information relating to your personal details are encrypted.

We also collect general site statistics for the purpose of monitoring traffic and improving performance. Users will not be identified individually, we only require bare information relating to the performance of the website.
